When you make a deposit on the platform, you may receive a promotional bonus tied to the deposited amount. If you wish to cancel this bonus or understand how it works, follow the instructions below.
How the Deposit Bonus works
✅ Bonus granted automatically based on the deposited amount;
✅ Variable percentage according to the current promotion (e.g., 60%);
✅ Validity period of 30 days from activation;
✅ Requires a minimum trading volume to be released as withdrawable balance.
Detailed step-by-step
1. Access the bonus details
Log in to your account On the main screen, locate the Deposit button Next to the Deposit button, click the gear icon (⚙️) labeled "Bonus"
2. Check the active bonus information
On the Bonus details screen, the following will be displayed:
Amount of the deposit made
Percentage and amount of the bonus granted
Trading volume required to release the bonus
Expiration period (30 days)
Current progress of the traded volume
3. Cancel the bonus
At the bottom of the Bonus details screen, click "Cancel"
Confirm the action when prompted
The bonus amount will be removed from your balance immediately
Practical example
Based on a deposit of R$ 500.00 with a 60% bonus:
Deposit made: R$ 500.00;
Bonus granted (60%): R$ 300.00;
Trading volume required: R$ 30,000.00;
Expiration period: 30 days
If the trading volume is not reached within the period, or if the Customer cancels manually, the R$ 300.00 amount will be removed. The original deposit amount will not be affected.

Expiration
The bonus expires automatically after 30 days;
After expiration, the bonus amount is removed from the account;
There is no need to cancel manually if you prefer to wait for the period to end.
Trading volume
The required volume is shown on the Bonus details screen;
Progress can be tracked through the volume bar on the same screen;
Only trades using real balance are counted.
Cancellation
Cancellation is immediate and irreversible;
The original deposit balance remains intact;
After cancellation, the same bonus cannot be reactivated.
Common problems and solutions
I can't find the gear icon
Check whether there is an active bonus tied to your account;
The ⚙️ "Bonus" icon only appears next to the Deposit button when there is an active bonus;
Refresh the page and try again.
I canceled the bonus by mistake
Cancellation is irreversible;
Contact us via Ticket explaining the situation;
Our team will assess the possibility of reactivation.
The bonus expired and the balance disappeared
This is the expected behavior — the bonus amount is removed after 30 days if the volume is not reached. Only the bonus amount is removed; your original deposit remains intact
