Third-party deposits are not accepted

2 min read

Futura Broker follows international Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) standards, ensuring security and legal compliance for all users, in every country.

What is a third-party deposit?

It's any payment made by someone other than the holder of the Futura Broker account. This includes:

  • ❌ A bank transfer or instant payment (e.g. PIX, in Brazil) sent from the account of a spouse, relative or friend
  • ❌ An e-wallet (Neteller, Skrill) in another person's name
  • ❌ Cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin) sent on another person's behalf
  • ❌ A card in another person's name

Why don't we accept them?

  • Legal compliance: we follow international AML/CTF standards
  • Fraud protection: we prevent your account from being used for illicit activities
  • Safety of your money: we ensure only you can move your funds
  • Account protection: accounts receiving third-party deposits may be suspended

What happens if I make a third-party deposit?

  1. Preventive block

    • Your account will be temporarily suspended for review
    • All operations will become unavailable
  2. Compliance review

    • Our team will verify the origin of the deposit
    • You'll be notified by email about the next steps
  3. Refund or freeze

    • Depending on the review, the deposit may be returned to its origin or frozen
    • Note: if approved, the refund can take up to 30 business days to reach the originating account
    • Any profits obtained with the irregular amount will be cancelled
  4. Account regularization

    • Once the amount is refunded, your account may be reactivated
    • Repeat occurrences can result in permanent closure

How to deposit correctly

  • ✅ Use only bank accounts in your own name (matching your registration details)
  • ✅ E-wallets (Neteller, Skrill) must be in your own name
  • ✅ For crypto (USDT, Bitcoin), send from your own wallet
  • ✅ Cards must be in your own name
  • ✅ Always keep your deposit receipts

Important

⚠️ Warning: Futura Broker never asks you to deposit into accounts of third parties, employees or partners. Any such request is a scam attempt — report it to support.
